30@30 EETAB tree trail
To commemorate our 30th anniversary, Epsom and Ewell Tree Advisory Board (EETAB) embarked on an initiative to identify 30 notable trees within the borough. Our aim was to develop a publicly accessible tree map and potentially a walking or cycling route showcasing these trees, with consideration given to integrating this resource with the existing Round the Borough Hike and Bike route.
To facilitate this project, we invited the community to contribute by nominating their favorite trees, sharing why they were special. These selections were not limited to champion specimens but rather encompassed trees holding particular significance or local value. The published trees and route are now available.
