Surrey County Council is back with its popular tree giveaway, and Ewell Court Library is one of the seven locations participating this year.

On Saturday, February 7th, residents are invited to collect a free, native broadleaf tree to plant in their own garden. These trees are “potted feathers” (young trees with lateral branches), specifically chosen for their suitability for smaller garden spaces.

Event Details

When: Saturday, 7th February | 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM (or until stocks last!)
Where: Ewell Court Library (plus Egham, Guildford, Banstead, Redhill, Byfleet, and Virginia Water).

Expert Advice on Hand

To ensure your new tree thrives, Epsom and Ewell Tree Wardens will be stationed at the library to offer expert guidance. Every tree comes with a printed aftercare guide, and our wardens will be there to discuss best-practice planting and maintenance.

Approximately 100 trees are available per site and they often go fast! Arrive early to pick a beautiful tree for your garden.
